Domestic Landlords Safety Certification

 It is a legal requirement to have a valid landlord electrical safety certificate in place for each rental property you own. This electrical safety certificate must be renewed every five years. As landlord, it's your responsibility to organise this and ensure any works are carried out safely. We offer our services to both carry out the test and also any remedial works required to bring up to standard

Part P Building Control Notification

 Part P states that anyone carrying out electrical installation work in a home must make sure that the work is designed and installed to protect people from fire and electric shocks. Part P applies to any changes made to existing installations, including any parts that have been rewired.
